Programs That Work

Our signature program, BPFIT, is an exercise modality that places emphasis on functional, multi-joint movements. These movements can be tailored to any fitness level, and this technique elicits more muscle recruitment than traditional exercises. In addition to BPFIT, we also offer TURN, which is an hour of hardcore cycling combined with strength training. TURN is custom-designed for every participant, so you will be able to challenge your own endurance, willpower, and strength. 

 

Dedicated Trainers

What sets us apart from other gyms is that our staff of personal trainers at our Cabot gym is 100% dedicated to helping you find your fitness blueprint. Not only will our trainers help you find an exercise routine that gives you results (and that you enjoy), but they will also coach you on how to live a healthy life outside the gym. This includes sharing their knowledge about nutrition, mental health, and any other tools that will assist you in achieving your health goals. 

 

A Flexible Schedule

Our BPFIT and TURN programs are offered all throughout the day between 5:00 am and 5:30 pm, so you can join in before or after work or even on your lunch break, if you live near our Cabot gym. Yet, if you are so busy that you need to come outside of those hours, or if you simply want to work out on your own schedule, you can work out 24/7 at our gym. We have partnered with Hybrid AF, so you can use your phone to digitally open the gym door at your convenience. Plus, if you are traveling, this feature allows you to use any Hybrid AF facility in the country.

 

An Affordable Price

We offer several different pricing plans so that you can find the one that best fits your budget. Some of our plans include: $65 a month for 3 days per week with a six month contract, $95 a month for unlimited classes with a 6 month contract, and $50 a month + $150 sign-up fee for 24 hour gym access only. Additionally, if you sign up for a one year contract, you get a 10% discount, and if you pay for a full year upfront, you get a 15% discount.
